Break the heat on scorching summer nights with our “adult snow cone” recipes. This adult twist on a kid’s treat will cool you off while enjoying your favorite liquors.
Making the Snow for Your “Adult Snow Cone”:
Creating shaved ice is simple with your household blender using the ice-crushing or frappe option. A lot of water is required to help crush the ice cubes.
Crown Royal Smoothie: Shake 2 oz. Crown Royal Canadian Whisky, 2 oz. Orange Juice, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix and a large splash 7-Up in a shaker with ice. Strain over shaved ice.
Godiva Truffle Shake: Shake 2 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, 2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and 1 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka in a shaker with ice. Strain over shaved ice.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake: Shake 2 oz. Stolichnaya Vanil Vodka, 2 oz. pineapple juice and six drops grenadine in a shaker with ice. Strain over shaved ice.
The Lifesaver: Shake 1/2 oz. Disaronno Liqueur, 1 oz. Smirnoff® Melon Vodka, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice and a splash of 7-Up in a shaker with ice. Strain over shaved ice.
Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur and Godiva Liqueurs are great to pour directly onto shaved ice for a creamy treat. We hope you enjoy our “adult snow cones” and that they make you feel like a kid again, at least for a little while!
