In order to produce high quality, fruit driven, food friendly wines, winemaker Thierry Boudinaud sources grapes from several vineyards throughout the Languedoc region of Southern France. . By selectively choosing vineyards, Thierry is able to take advantage of the different terroir characteristics and blend a wine that is more harmonious and elegant than if he were restricted to a narrow district.
