Luxury Cognac Gift
This cognac, which we have called Serenite, is a blend of well-matured distillates from the best area in Cognac, Grande Champagne. In addition to the traditional grape Ugni Blanc (85%), a generous proportion of the rare Folle Blanche grape (15%) has also been used, further enhancing the quality of this superior cognac. The oldest elements have spent 50 years in oak casks from the Limousin region of France. In conjunction with the slightly younger components, this gives an average age of around 30 years. It has an elegant nose with a hint of mocha and orange marmalade. In the mouth it is rounded and velvety with a touch of coffee, vanilla and floral notes. The finish is classically rich and long like a pure old Grand Champagne should be. Our Cellar Master, Jean-Philippe Bergier, has succeeded in finding and combining the real essence of traditional cognac once again. We chose the name Serenite to reflect the happy, serene mood that this unique cognac will put you in.
