Our Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a hint of oak. Aromas of lemon and citrus combined with flavors of apple and pear lead to a delightfully crisp finish. The nose is multilayered, with enticing notes of wild flowers, honey, cream, leather, toasted nuts, and ripe fruit. The palate is firm and deliciously malty, with flavors of honey, dark fruit, chestnut and dried apricot. A hint of smoke adds an additional dimension to this excellent Speyside Scotch.
