Rémy Martin

Rémy Martin V is a newly-launched clear spirit produced by Rémy Martin Cognac. Rather than aged in oak barrels, the liquid goes through a proprietary ice cold filtration process, giving it its transparent color and subtle taste with hints of pear and fresh mint.

A Cognac needs to be aged for at least 2-1/2 years in oak barrels – otherwise it cannot qualify as Cognac. Therefore, since Rémy Martin V has not been aged, it is actually not a Cognac but rather a brandy.
