Cooking for Thanksgiving is a large task so we’d like to help by offering simple cocktail recipes that are easy to prepare last minute.
Sparkling Pear/Cranberry Cocktail (Serves 4)
Divide 1/4 c. pear nectar evenly into four tall champagne glasses. Gently pour 4 oz. Martini® Asti Sparkling Wine into each glass and add 3 dry cranberries per glass. Garnish each with a rosemary sprig.
Ginger Cognac (Serves 2)
Muddle 6 basil leaves with 1/2 oz. simple syrup at the bottom of each rocks glass. Pour 4 oz. Hennessy X.O Cognac into each glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish each with a basil leaf.
Modern English (Serves 2)
Muddle 4 lemon wedges, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 oz. maple syrup and a diced pear in a shaker. Add ice and 5 oz. Tanqueray Rangpur Gin and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two cocktail glasses. Garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
Gobble-tini (Serves 1)
Shake 1-1/4 oz. Smirnoff® Cranberry Vodka, 1/4 oz. Chambord Liqueur and 1/2 oz. cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 cranberries on a stick.
